1. Comprehensive Acceptance of IPTV ORCA Terms

By interacting with any part of the IPTV ORCA ecosystem, including our website, applications, and streaming servers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms. The IPTV ORCA platform is a digital service, and your continued use constitutes a digital signature. If you do not agree to these conditions, you are prohibited from accessing the IPTV ORCA network.

2. Eligibility and User Registration for IPTV ORCA

Latency and Buffering: While IPTV ORCA optimizes routes globally, local internet congestion or “throttling” by your ISP may affect the IPTV ORCA experience. IPTV ORCA is not responsible for external network failures.
Server Maintenance: IPTV ORCA performs weekly maintenance to ensure channel stability. During these brief windows, certain IPTV ORCA features may be temporarily offline

IPTV ORCA offers various subscription tiers (Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly).

5. Content Usage

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Orca IPTV service for personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the content available through Orca IPTV without express permission.
Engage in any activity that disrupts the service or interferes with the ability of others to use the service.

Orca IPTV reserves the right to block or restrict access to the service if we suspect misuse or illegal activity.

6. Restrictions

By using Orca IPTV, you agree not to:

Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the software used by Orca IPTV to a human-readable form.
Use the service in a way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Orca IPTV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or use, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, arising from your use or inability to use the service.

In no event will our total liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the subscription in the six months preceding the claim.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of Orca IPTV is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications to the Service and Terms

Orca IPTV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We also have the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

5. Refund Policy and IPTV ORCA Satisfaction Guarantee

At IPTV ORCA, we want you to be satisfied. However, as a digital provider, we must prevent “service hopping.”

The 24-Hour Rule: If the IPTV ORCA service fails to connect on multiple devices within the first 24 hours, a full refund may be issued.
Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds will not be granted by IPTV ORCA if your ISP blocks the service, or if your hardware is incompatible with the IPTV ORCA application.

The name IPTV ORCA, the leaping orca logo, and the digital interface are intellectual property. You may not use the IPTV ORCA name for commercial gain or claim to be an official IPTV ORCA reseller without a signed contract from the IPTV ORCA corporate office.

9. Third-Party Links and IPTV ORCA Content

The IPTV ORCA interface may contain links to external sites or apps (such as external players). IPTV ORCA does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services used alongside IPTV ORCA.

10. Limitation of Liability for IPTV ORCA

Under no circumstances shall IPTV ORCA, its directors, or employees be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or hardware damage resulting from the use of IPTV ORCA. You use IPTV ORCA at your own risk. IPTV ORCA provides no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the content provided through the streaming protocol.

11. Indemnification of IPTV ORCA

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IPTV ORCA from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your violation of these IPTV ORCA terms or your misuse of the streaming platform.

12. Changes to the IPTV ORCA Service

Digital technology evolves rapidly, and so does IPTV ORCA. We reserve the right to add or remove channels, update the app interface, or change the server architecture of IPTV ORCA at any time to maintain service quality.

13. Force Majeure and IPTV ORCA

IPTV ORCA shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, international internet blackouts, or government intervention against the IPTV ORCA infrastructure.

14. Governing Law and IPTV ORCA Disputes

Any disputes involving IPTV ORCA shall be resolved through binding arbitration. These IPTV ORCA Terms of Service are governed by international commercial laws, and any legal proceedings shall take place in a jurisdiction chosen by IPTV ORCA management.

15. Entire Agreement of IPTV ORCA

This document, along with the IPTV ORCA Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and IPTV ORCA. Any oral agreements or previous versions of the IPTV ORCA terms are hereby superseded.
